CBT / Online Exams
Create online exams, tests, assignments, projects and quizzes with 17 question types, timer, randomisation, negative marking, anti-cheat and certificates. Share a 6-character code or a direct link — students need no account. Map each assessment to a report-card column; after submissions, use the explicit bulk-push preview to place verified scores in official reports.
🗃️ Archive Recovery Center — Restore Archive Exams (V12.7)
If you mistakenly archived exams, this is the one-click fix. All archived exams are hidden from students but NOT deleted — their questions, results and roster are still safe. Restore them here in one click. Every action is logged, confirm-guarded, and undoable. This button is robust, all-inclusive, self-contained and seamless.
🔍 All-CBT Missing Results Auditor (V12.38) — Any Subject, Any Class
If students submitted successfully but you see no results or incomplete results for ANY CBT (not just Civic Education SSS1-3, but Mathematics, English, Physics, any subject/class), this one-click audit checks every exam via secure server RPC (bypasses RLS, includes archived). It shows total in DB, roster vs results gap, pending-review, and per-device pending queue hint — robust, all-inclusive, self-contained.
📊 CBT → Report Card Mapping (Mid-Term & Terminal)
CBT is used for mid-term tests (CA1/CA2) and terminal examination objectives (Exam). After students submit, bulk-push verified scores into official report_scores with destination preview (CA1, CA2, CA3, CBT Exam, Exam, Project, etc). Then generate class broadsheet, subject broadsheet and report card from Report Cards page — all automatically.
Tip: When creating a CBT exam, set Report-card column (e.g. CA1 for mid-term, Exam for terminal) and Max score contribution (e.g. 20). Scores are scaled accordingly.
