🩺 Fee Ledger Doctor — find & fix recording errors
Scans every payment row for the seven error patterns bursars actually make: double entries, rows with no student linked, zero/negative amounts, future dates, overpayments beyond the bill, missing term/session and stale totals from before the self-healing update. Deleting or editing any row is safe — the whole term recomputes automatically (V10.8).
📑 Master Financial Records — export by class (V10.1)
One row per student: current-term bill, scholarship/aid, paid so far, balance, previous-term arrears and TOTAL outstanding — computed live by the same engine that powers the dashboards. Print/save as PDF or download CSV. Needs database/v10.1-staffpay-attendance-vetting.sql.
